Booking requires payment in full. All bookings are non-refundable.

We ensure to give all our passengers ample notice of any changes to the Itinerary.

We ensure that their information is not shared with any third parties.

Terms of Booking:

*Please note that all times are approximate. A final confirmation message will be sent 24 hours before departure. If you do not receive the final message, please contact us directly to confirm your booking and timings.*

**Booking Policy and Important information about your trip– Please Read Carefully:**

1) **Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:** All bookings are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.

2) **Amendments Fee:** Any amendments to your booking will incur a £2.50 administration fee per seat/ticket.

3) **Minimum Participant Requirement:** This tour is subject to meeting a minimum participant number. Should this requirement not be met, a full refund will be issued.

4) **Arrival:** Please arrive at your designated departure point **at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure** to avoid delays. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate delays, the coach must depart at the scheduled time.

5) **Seating Arrangements:** Seats will be assigned by the trip supervisor on the day of travel. Cooperation with seating arrangements is mandatory, and failure to comply may result in losing your seat.

6) **Itinerary:** The itinerary may be subject to change on the day. Every effort will be made to ensure the tour includes all scheduled highlights.

7) **Children’s Responsibility:** All adults are responsible for ensuring that children in their group are supervised at all times. Children must never be left unattended.

8) **Trip Research:** We recommend you research the destinations included in the trip. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.

9) **Weather & External Factors:** While we will monitor the weather closely, we cannot be held responsible for any changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
